Catering FAQ’s

  • How do I place my order?

    Send us an email at info@everestsherparestaurant.com with the following info:

    1. Date and time of event

    2. Pickup or delivery (see note on delivery)

    3. Selected menu items

    4. Desired spice level (mild, medium or hot)

    5. Any allergies

    After we receive the inquiry email we will confirm the order and quantities and then send you an invoice for you for review. Once we receive an email reply with the invoice approval then your order is all set and does not need further confirmation.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    Here’s how to pay:

    1. If delivery, call our store during business hours (Tue-Sun, 11-2:30 / 4:30-9) to pay over the phone at least one restaurant business day (Tue-Sun, also please note holiday closures) before delivery date. For example, a delivery order for Tuesday needs to be paid for by Sunday evening. Please note if we do not receive payment the business day prior your delivery is not guaranteed.

    2. If picking up, pay in person on pick-up date.

    3. Stop by the restaurant during business hours to pay ahead of time if you like.

    Email us to request a copy of your transaction receipt.

  • How much time in advance do you need?

    We require at least 2 restaurant business days notice (Tue-Sun, also please note holiday closures) but ideally at least a few days.

    Please understand it takes a lot of planning and prep to make the catering orders and we really can not accommodate on short notice.

    For example: an order for pickup on Tuesday morning must be submitted by Saturday morning at the latest.

  • Do you deliver?

    We deliver locally in Ann Arbor for the following rates:

    WEEKDAY $25 / WEEKENDS $30

    Please note if delivering to a large office building or university department we will need someone to meet us at the main entrance with a rolling cart.

  • What should I do if someone in my party has an allergy?

    PLEASE INFORM US! We’ll make sure everything you ordered is allergen-free, or that everything is clearly labeled so your guests know what is what. In addition, we clearly mark your invoice so the kitchen is aware.

  • Do you provide set-up?

    Unfortunately we do not, we will bring the food inside your home or office but can’t provide more than that.

  • How will my food be served?

    All our catering orders are packed in sturdy disposable aluminum pans.

  • Do you provide utensils and napkins?

    Unfortunately, we do not.
